Latar Belakang

Untuk pemetaan mutu pendidikan dan mengukur pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA), perlu diadakan Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional (UAMBN). Penyelenggaraan UAMBN Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 diatur melalui Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Dalam rangka standardisasi penyelenggaraan UAMBN, maka disusun suatu prosedur operasional standar penyelenggaraan UAMBN sebagai panduan madrasah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.

Tujuan dan Fungsi UAMBN

  1. UAMBN bertujuan untuk pemetaan mutu pendidikan dan mengukur pencapaian standar kompetensi lulusan pada jenjang Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA) secara nasional.
  2. UAMBN berfungsi sebagai:
    1. Bahan pertimbangan dalam pemetaan mutu madrasah,
    2. Umpan balik dalam perbaikan program pembelajaran;
    3. Alat pengendali mutu pendidikan;
    4. Tidak sebagai penentu kelulusan.

Keputusan Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor 5791 tahun 2019 tentang Prosedur Operasional Standar Penyelenggaraan Ujian AKhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional tahun pelajaran 2019/2020

KESATU : Menetapkan Prosedur Operasional Standar Penyelenggaraan Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan ini.

KEDUA : Prosedur Operasional Standar sebagaimana dimaksud dalam DIKTUM KESATU sebagai pedoman bagi Madrasah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam penyelenggaraan UAMBN Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020;

KETIGA : Keputusan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan.
